Performing Arts
At Bay House, we provide a variety of performing arts venues that suit all groups and clubs. Whether it be for practise/rehearsals for a show, or bringing your dance group to a new venue.
Dance Studio
Our dance studio is designed with a built in spring floor and mirror wall, making it suitable for Ballet and Tap dancing.
The dance studio measures out at 7.3M long and 6M wide with a maximum capacity of 40 people at a time, making it suitable for smaller sized groups.
Drama Studio 1
Drama studio 1 is the smaller of two drama rooms we have available to hire, making it suitable for 1:1 teaching or very small groups of adults or children.
The studio measures out at 7.3M long and 7M wide with a maximum capacity of 40 people at a time.
Drama Studio 2
Drama studio 2 is the largest performing arts venue we have available for hire, suitable to medium to large sized groups, the room comes with a small stage and props that can be used for practicing for shows.
This Studio measures out at 10m long and 7m wide with a maximum capacity of 50 people.
